(Posted: 01/11/2023) Project Manager (Full time) - We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, self-starting individual to join our team as Project Architect. The Project Architect works with clients to obtain buildings department plan approvals and work permits. The Project Architect will take on the responsibilities of designing, managing and coordinating the entire progression of a wide variety of projects including new condominiums, hotels, retail centers, houses of worship and custom homes. 

 

-Minimum two years prior experience prior experience working for an architectural and/or engineering and/or interior design firm 

-Must be proficient in English. Conversational knowledge of Korean also highly preferred.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD required

-Must have completed a bachelor's degree in architecture and/or interior design

-Must possess a client-oriented mindset

-Experience with NYC Buildings code and DOB Alt 1, 2, 3 and NB filing and plans exam process required

Compensation is highly variable and consummate to your experience and strengths. The right candidate for this position should be able to hit the ground running and take on multiple projects at a time.

(Posted: 01/11/2022) Junior Project Architect (Entry Level, Full Time) - We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is willing to take initiatives and learn about the design and permitting process for a wide variety of projects in New York City. The Junior Project Architect works with clients to obtain buildings department plan approvals. The Junior Project Architect will learn about and take on the responsibilities of designing, managing and coordinating the entire progression of a wide variety of smaller-scale projects. 

 

-Training provided

-Prior experience prior experience working for an architectural and/or engineering and/or interior design firm required, internships included

-Must be proficient in English. Conversational knowledge of Korean also highly preferred.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD required

-Must have completed, or will complete within one semester, a bachelor's degree in architecture and/or interior design

-Familiarity with NYC Buildings code and zoning preferred

Compensation is variable and consummate to your experience and strengths. The right candidate for this position should be familiar with the DOB filing process and be willing to learn quickly to handle multiple projects.
