(Posted: 05/12/2026) Project Manager (Full time) - We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, self-starting individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager works with clients to obtain buildings department plan approvals and work permits. The Project Manager will manage the progression of a wide variety of projects from design development to construction documentation, permitting and construction administration. Office hours are 9am-5:30pm.
Qualifications
-Minimum 2-3 years prior experience working for an architectural and/or engineering and/or interior design firm
-Experience with NYC Building Code, ECC, DOB BIS/NOW filings and DOB plan exam examination and approvals process required
-Proficiency in AutoCAD required
-Must have completed a bachelor's degree in architecture and/or interior design
-Must be proficient in English. Conversational knowledge of Korean is a plus, but not required
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is variable and commensurate to your experience and strengths. The expected range for this position is $28-$40 per hr. In addition, the following benefits are offered:
